At my practice, I've chosen not to accept insurance. This decision is rooted in my commitment to providing you, the client, with the utmost privacy and autonomy. Unlike insurance companies, I don't believe in a one-size-fits-all approach to therapy. Instead, I value the freedom to work with you individually, allowing us to choose therapy modalities that make you feel most comfortable and the number of sessions that are right for you.
Even though I don’t take insurance, your insurance might take me. I can provide my clients with a monthly superbill, which is a receipt stating that they are seeing me for therapy, how long they’ve seen me, and a diagnosis. The client can send the superbill to their insurance company, and they might be able to be reimbursed for the cost of our sessions. Contact your insurance company to see if they offer reimbursements for Out-Of-Network providers.
-
To ensure therapy is accessible to everyone, a sliding fee scale is available based on financial need. Please contact me for more information about eligibility and reduced rates.
-
While I do not accept insurance directly, I can provide a superbill upon request. A superbill is a detailed receipt that you can submit to your insurance provider for possible reimbursement under out-of-network benefits. Please check with your insurance company to understand your coverage and reimbursement options.
-
I believe that every woman deserves access to quality mental health care. Contact me to discuss your needs, session plans, and any questions you have about our services, sliding fee scale, or superbill options. I am here to support you on your journey to wellness!

You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical care will cost.
Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services.
You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency items or services. This includes related costs like medical tests, prescription drugs, equipment, and hospital fees.
Make sure your health care provider gives you a Good Faith Estimate in writing at least 1 business day before your medical service or item. You can also ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule an item or service.
If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill.
Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate. For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises or call 800-985-3059.
