  • Grief and Loss

Your loss matters. Society often focuses on the grief that comes with losing someone we love, but there are many other types of loss that can carry a deep, painful weight. These losses deserve recognition and space to be processed as well. Whether it's the loss of a pregnancy (no matter how far along), a dream, a relationship, a sense of self, or something else, your grief is valid.

What or who have you lost? Whatever or whoever it is, there is room for you to grieve, feel your emotions, and heal. You are not alone, and you are welcome here.

  • Anger Management

How many times have you heard, "You need to chill," "It's not that serious," or "Let it go"? People may say these things in response to your anger, but the reality is, for you, it is that serious. Anger doesn't just appear out of nowhere; it's often rooted in other things like deep hurt or a sense of powerlessness. If you find yourself lashing out in anger and regretting it afterward, remember you're not alone in this struggle.

The good news is that you don't have to stay stuck in this cycle. If you're ready to take the first step toward change, we can work together to understand the underlying causes of your anger and help you learn how to regulate your emotions. You are more than your anger, and the world is waiting to see the full, powerful, and unbothered version of you.

Let's uncover the root of the issue and build healthier ways to cope.

  • Anxiety

Have you ever found yourself in the ER, convinced you were having a heart attack, only to discover hours later it was a panic attack? If so, you’re not alone. Anxiety symptoms can show up in many surprising ways. Even when we think we’re handling life’s stressors internally, a sudden panic attack can be a wake-up call, revealing that stress might be taking a bigger toll than we realized.

The good news is that anxiety doesn’t have to dominate your life. Therapy offers tools to manage worry, fear, and reduce tension, helping you build skills to face life’s challenges with greater ease and calm. It all starts with understanding what's been triggering it. Whether it’s past trauma, perfectionism, stress, or something else, we’ll work together in a supportive, collaborative process to uncover it and find the freedom and relief that you desire.

  • Rejection

Do you often feel like you don't quite belong? We've all heard the phrase, "Their rejection of us is our protection," while it can hold truth, it doesn't make the pain any less real. Before we can truly see and embrace this perspective as a blessing, we first need to process our feelings and develop a stronger sense of self to move beyond the hurt.

The truth is, deep down, we all crave connection. It's in our nature. Whether with a best friend, a romantic partner, or simply the reassurance that we matter to others, these connections can provide the support we need. Yet, the sting of rejection can make us pull away from seeking new relationships. While that makes sense in the moment to protect ourselves, we really aren't  - we are allowing past rejections to define us and stop us from seeking new connections.

I'm here to remind you that you are enough, exactly as you are. The opinions and judgments of others don't define your worth or your ability to lead a fulfilling, meaningful life. You can overcome this and show up as your authentic self.

You are valuable to this world, and you matter.

  • Depression

Is getting out of bed hard to do? You're not alone. Depression can be crippling, often stripping away the joy and excitement that life once held, leaving you with little hope for the present or the future. You may have heard people say, "Just snap out of it" or "Get over it," while those words might sound simple, I want to validate you by saying that I know it's not that easy.

You don't have to keep struggling alone to find joy again. It” ‘s okay to ask for help with depression. Together, we can embark on a journey towards rediscovering hope for the days to come. This journey is not easy, but it's filled with possibilities and the hope of a future that feels worth looking forward to.

“Hope delayed makes the heart sick, but desire fulfilled is a tree of life.” - Proverbs 13:12 (CSB)
