Consultation

This free consultation is a chance to get to know one another and assess your needs and see if we would be a good fit.

Duration: 15 minutes

Intake

If we move forward we would schedule a 90 minute intake which will allow me to get to know you better, your current needs and challenges. I will also ask questions about your history.

The work begins

We will schedule a day and time that works for the both of us and we will start the work. The path to healing requires patience and confidence in the process. Sometimes things feel like they are getting worse before getting better I urge you to stick with it, you will be glad you did.

Starting therapy can bring up a lot of fears.

It’s normal to worry about opening up to a stranger, allowing yourself to be vulnerable, or facing difficult and sometimes suppressed emotions you’ve buried deep inside.

Others may feel uncertain about whether therapy will truly help or fear being judged. While these fears are valid, therapy is a safe, supportive space designed to help you feel seen and understood. Taking that first step can feel daunting, but it’s also a powerful choice toward self-discovery and healing.
